The Service rate per hour will impose a minimum charge for 2 hours, while the daily service rate will impose a minimum charge for 24 hours.
The service rate is charged per use, and customers can only retrieve their items once.
The service fee is charged on an hourly basis, with the rate depending on the size of the locker used by the customer. ( For deposits exceeding 6 hours, the system will automatically apply a flat daily rate for 24 hours. )
Please select a locker size that fits your belongings appropriately. Overpacking may cause the locker to malfunction and prevent opening.
Lockers only change in 10 Baht coins, and you will receive change during the retrieval process.
Lockers do not accept all coin types, 500 and 1,000 Baht banknotes.
Lockers only accept 20, 50, and 100 Baht banknotes.
Hazardous items such as inflammable substances, explosive materials, or any illegal items are strictly prohibited for storage. If found during inspection, legal actions will be taken immediately.
Items deposited exceeding the time limit will be kept in the locker for a maximum of 3 days. Afterward, our staff will contact you using the provided phone number. If unreachable, your items will be transferred to our office immediately, and you will be charged a penalty according to the daily service rate and locker size.
If items remain unclaimed in the Lock Box for over 30 days without contact, We will be returned to the depositor. However, the depositor will be responsible for the return shipping fees and daily penalties for the exceeded days.
Lock Box reserves the right to inspect deposited items without prior notice for security standards.
Lock Box is responsible for damages caused by system errors, within a limited amount (not exceeding 5,000 Baht) per occurrence. Lock Box must complete the investigation process thoroughly.
Refunds cannot be processed to foreign bank accounts. Customers must have a Thai bank account for refund transactions.
Any actions leading to damage of the locker or equipment by the depositor, recipient, or any unauthorized persons are strictly prohibited. Offenders will face legal consequences.
